One workspace under your company name, with your own logo, that you own and administer. Teammates join it from the app they already use.
Teammate extensions
Every teammate gets an internal extension inside your company account. Dial the extension to reach a colleague — calls between teammates are free.
Team conference room
Every workspace has a conference room on extension 3990. Everyone dials the same number and joins the same call — no meeting links, no invitations, no per-seat licence.
Answering menu on 3900
Type the greeting — “press 1 for sales, 2 for support” — and AI speaks it. Whoever dials 3900 inside your workspace hears it and is put through to the teammate you assigned to that key, and you can rewrite it whenever you like. If you want an outside phone number that rings this menu, our team arranges that for you — it is not something you switch on in the app.
Call forwarding
Turn forwarding on and every call to your number goes where you sent it — a teammate, a mobile or an outside number. Forwarding out to a number that is not on MPower is charged per minute from your own balance.
Live translation on business calls
Live voice translation works on your team's calls too, in 57 languages — on calls between MPower numbers and on calls to outside numbers — so a manager and a worker who share no language can still get through a shift briefing or a delivery instruction.
Getting started
Set up from the app, not from a server room
There is no hardware to install, no line to order and no engineer to book. You send your company details and trade licence from inside the app, and once they are verified the extensions and call routing switch on.
Send your company details
Open Business Workspace in the app and send your company name, trade licence, address and logo. The workspace is created straight away with a pending status, and the extensions and call routing switch on once the licence is verified.
Add your teammates
Invite the people who work with you by their MPower number. Each one gets an internal extension — 3000 for you, counting up from 3001 for the rest of the team.
Write your greeting
Type what the menu should say and assign keys 1 to 5 to your teammates. AI speaks the greeting on extension 3900.
Start calling
Teammates call each other and the conference room for free. Top up the balance when you need to call ordinary numbers.

What we protect — and what we do not claim
Calls and messages travel over encrypted connections and your data is encrypted at rest on our servers. Your calls run through our network and messages are stored on our servers so they reach every device you use — we do not offer end-to-end encryption and we will not tell you that we do. Every account, including every teammate in your workspace, is tied to a phone number verified by SMS.
